Took Money out of my account without authorization, refused to cancel my order after I found out they took out funds without my permission, harrassing phone calls telling me I cant cancel

Took unauthorized funds out of my checking account after telling me nothing would come out of account that I would be billed. Canceled account when that happened and they continue to call me and harass me about this account and told me I couldnt cancel it. I have had to block my bank account and put return to sender on anything they send me and the phone calls keep coming.
