Seattle Direct Coffee Deceptive Trade Practice, Internet Fraud, Identy fraud

Emailed on 8/3 AND AGAIN on 12/16/09 to Market Labs.net, Inc. Aka, Favorite Consumer Brands.com I entered your "offer process" and ended before giving you my "total" identity information in order to receive a "free" VISA card with $50 and 36 pepsis. I have experienced problems cancelling/receiving refunds from one of your representatives, Ultimate Bean, aka, Seattle Direct Coffee and Cafe Saporito. I entered into the "offer" from FaceBook on July 27. I received the coffee on 7/31 and immediately cancelled via phone. They charged my VISA - 2 charges on July 31 and August 3 for $38.95 each. I had not received any products, but once received I immediately returned them. I have repeatedly written, called and have been told it was processing. Then on Nov. 24 I was charged $79 and again on Nov. 30 for $79. I have left messages, written and spoken to a representative who says all my refunds are being processed. My bank is filing a claim with VISA on January 2. I would prefer not causing this company to lose their VISA account. So please refund my $235.90 to my account on record ASAP. My attorney suggests that I contact the District Attorney in Evanston Il to start a deceptive trade suit. This company continues to send me products. Do not support this company. I will be out the orginal charges as my bank (WELLS FARGO) has amnesa about my inital report on July 31 and refused to reverse the charges on any of these 4 charges. I can't believe that I was so naive to fall for this trap. I have an online catalog and now know why people are reluctant to buy!
