Words cannot express our deep regret for this terrible lawyer Robert L Miller and the outcome of our case after our sons recent drunk driving arrest. Mr. Miller told us he would fight aggressively for our rights, but ultimitely he failed. I cant believe he wasn't able to negotiate a favorable outcome as promised on the DUI charge, and our son, who was under 21, he lost his drivers license! Went to jail and we are now out thousands of dollars because of his promise that he failed to deliver on. Thanks for NOTHING Mr. Miller! Robert lacks the skills needed to defend his clients, he is inexperienced or appears to be since this was a case he should have won. He was ineffictive not aggressive as he promised he would be. This case was not handled professionally, he told us he would be at the hearing and he was hours late. He spent the entire time twittering on his cell phone and didn't seem to pay attention to our case. Our son is a good kid, and now a criminal conviction will haunt him throughout his adult life. Our whole family is incredibly upset about the lack of caring from this lawyer.
It's worth noting that Miller's staff asked us to file favorable comments about him and his staff on several web sites that review attorneys. I don't have anything good to say so I wrote about our experience and my comments were ulitmitly deleted. Thank you for allowing this review to be written. I hope no one else has to go through what we did. I also read through the other comments posted on this site and I am not surprised as this was our experience as well. His shocking rebutal is very disturbing.
