This seems to be a common trend with this company and customer service representative. It's anything but "customer service".
I too have been scammed and hired the company to move me. Not only were they a day late to pick up my household goods (finally happened on Friday, October 23), but it has been almost 2 months and they still have not delivered.
"Brian" claims it's the dispatcher's fault and that it's still in storage in the city I moved from. Apparently, they "only make one cross-country trip a month", but that doesn't explain why it still hasn't arrived.
I'm sleeping on the floor for almost 2 months in an expensive apartment and feel like they're holding my stuff hostage. I don't want this to happen to ANYONE else. I wish I had just checked this site before hiring them.
- Good Samaritan hoping the same doesn't happen to anyone else!
