I think if you are looking up Karen Tappert on this site you are looking for dirt. I have to tell you that I did the same. I was a victim of a cheating wife which lead to a divorce. I was unemployed and the bank was after my house. I know what it feels like to have that pressure on you and you wanting to salvage your credit and not go through the embarrassment of a foreclosure. I have very nosy neighbors who love to look out of their window and see what is going on at my house. The bank foreclosed. The realtors harassed me. They posted signs on my door and windows.
