Didn't document a state with insurance provider. They'd use of the exact same info the clinic and physicians. It is all-on the exact same data-base. Cigna informs me that per their agreement, they CAn't bill me for providers not stated. Their lawyer, claims "that agreement doesn't imply something." Cigna proceeds to inform me that I don't owe the rest of the statement. But, the little states judge pal dominated in Radical Butt benefit. Apparantly the judge does not have confidence in agreements both. Our advice, find additional radiology companies... Or get your odds. Returning to Cigna to determine when they can offer any aid...
