DO NOT USE "RUN LOCAL LOCKSMITH" for any services... They are a complete scam and rip-off... They overcharged me on a recent bill for service over a week ago and I still have not been able to reach the manager to request a refund of the difference. I have left numerous voice mails and emails and to this day, no response.
The technician's ability was questionable as he had to come out to the house twice to fix the original problem. His work was shoddy, at best.
When I called the "local" number to get a business address (to eventually file a BBB complaint) they were EXTREMELY hesitant to give it to me, but when I said I needed to mail them a check, they gave me a PO Box in Peoria, IL. I have subsequently filed a BBB complaint against the company.
They state on their web site they are local, however, they appear to be just a national clearing house that contact questionable (probably not licensed!) local locksmiths that essentially charge their own fees once they arrive at your house to perform the service, after they sucker you in with a "$29" locksmith fee.
Again, recommend you DO NOT USE "RUN LOCAL LOCKSMITH" for any services...
