Attempting to buy great winter layer, I purchased one from Reiss for £295. I chose to return it after 2 times because it felt comfortable and appeared too much time on me. I got it towards the department at the end end-of Longacre street (near to Leicester Square, London) simply to be informed really rudely from the shop-assistant Lorraine that I really couldnot return or obtain a credit notice for that product when I had used it. She didn't inpsect them or take a look at my bill. Reiss state that to be able to return them and obtain a credit notice (no reimbursement available), them must maintain exactly the same situation it had been in when purchased and any trades or return for credit notice must be within 2 weeks of purchase, conditions that we had followed.
