If Midtown Technologies LLC owes you money - do not talk to them - you will not get anywhere or anything based in truth - sue them - report them to the appropriate agency and call Dan Pfeffer, Herb Hauser, Maia Aron and ask what accounting do they have for all of the revenue the company recieved during 2008 and 2009? There are serous problems with the way in which they defrauded their credtiors.
Ask Midtown if any monies, checks made payable to Midtown Technologies LLC were deposited into non Midtown Technologies LLC bank accounts - do this on a subpoena and ask for an accounting of all funds.
Dan and his partners need a lesson in ethics and a meeting with a prosecutor.
Dan's Uptown Company at 595 Madison Ave also skipped out on his last landlord Mabley Cosmetech - call them at the Fuller Building (595 Madison) and ask about how he left the office - beware when dealing with these people - never extend them credit in any way - have them pay you in advance - make sure the check clears before doing work for them.
