I received an email today welcoming me to my new service. I never even heard of theis company much less joined anyservice. I have emailed them and will be calling as well. Phone bill charges not authporised

I received an email welcoming me to a service I never joined. I am perplexed as to how they got my full name, proper address and phone #. I can only assume this is a scam or someone has perpetrated a fraudulant sign up with my information. I will be disputing and investigating the source of the "account" activation.
