I joined Inde Plus Visa in March as a way to rebuild my credit after a bankruptcy over 6 years ago.
When I found it didn't meet my needs, I first tried calling the company, which now is only a prerecorded message to use the internet only for problems.
They gave me a cancellation number on 6-5 from an email received by customer service.
On 6-25 they took another $14.95 from my bank account.
When I emailed a reply to customer service I was sent another email that says to log into cslogin.com for a "live chat" during business hours. The logon, however, asks for my bank account information, which I'm not putting out there again.
