My name is Jarad DeSanti. I have done lots of shipping over the last few years through Mail and more 5126 W Olive Ave Glendale, AZ 85302 shipping company and never had a problem. Until on Halloween day 2009. I shipped a large package (LCD TV) through their company. They inspected, packaged, insured and shipped the Television. So I had no worries I put the necessary insurance on the package in case something went wrong. I paid about $50 (shipping not included) just for the insurance to cover $1800. Well they put $1.80 coverage which costs them about a dime. So it's obvious they kept my insurance money. Hoping for the best, crossing their fingers that it would arrive without damage... Needless to say it was damaged in shipping. It was shipped via Fed EX and they paid the insurance which was $1.80. They say that is the amount for the policy taken out on this item. This women has changed her story four times. Wont return my calls. Promises me that she will get back to me and nothing. Now she comes up w / a story that Shipsurance is going to cover it and she is waiting for them to respond (over 30days)??? I called Shipsurance and they say, "they never would even except a claim for an LCD TV cause its not covered AT ALL." Fed Ex would have granted the policy if it was properly entered into the system. It wasn't. There is no telling how many people she has done this to, aside from me. Please help to prevent this happening in the future.
