sold i sold her the original contract for this dog was she was to
return a puppy or payment of 600 at time of original contract i was
faxed over a paper to say the dog was unbreedable and fixed so they

dog was in fact not fixed and a litter of pups had been registered on
the AKC company web site by the time i found out melody had forged my
daughter Trisha's name on puppy forms and sold the pups i later found
they did not sell the pups the pups where transferred to melody's
mother joy Phillips at the time i found out i then started new
contracts with joy Phillips because she wanted to keep the dogs i
requested from akc that charges not be filed on melody for fraud the
original dog from us be spayed and the all 4 pups from the litter be
sold with NO PAPERS joy Phillips wanted to keep one female i told joy
Phillips as long as she paid me 600.
