This company offered to give me referrals. They said they were looking for Realtors that had been referred to them only, because they wanted to work with Realtors with a good reputation only. They would offer referrals and only ask for 20% referral fee in return.
They asked us to go through a training webinar, and at the end they told us we needed to pay a one-time set-up fee. That fee was either $3500 or a two-time fee of $1950 (which I opted for). That was in July and I have nevere received 1 referral or even a phone call since then. I have received E-mail updates from a Tara Dikos, who is no longer with the company.
Two days ago, I received an E-mail from another dissatisfied Realtor who took the ball and found E-mail addresses in California alone to find out if any others felt the same way she did.
Well, I have been inundated by E-mails of dozens of unhappy Realtors who also felt they have been "ripped off". I have personally E-mailed and asked for a full refund, with no response yet.
