Misrepresentation and false advertisement major ripoff and terrible service and no goods have been delivered internet

Right i orderd goods from ICEOUTGEAR.co.uk 1mth ago and have recived no goods despite several emails and still no responce which is ironic because THEY SAY `100% money back guarantee, free no hassle return shiping, orders dispatched within 7 working days, E.T.C. I have sent countless emails and not EVEN ONE GOT A REPLY and now have had to go through the bank as a means to get my money bank which is very very time consuming i will not be geting anything from this site in the future and i will advise everybody i know to do the same the service i have recived has been the worst ive ever experienced from a online service or store in general. My receipt order number is [[6669]] if anybody cares to fix this mess if not i`ll just go thru my bank... Ppl this site is a major ripoff so stop and think...
