Was refered by teen discount zone for this company to help abtain me a grant paid the company 2600.00 dollars ask for a refund and got the run arounds never received a refund

I gave this company 2600.00 dollars and they told me that they could get me a grant for a buisness i wanted to open up i was refered to this company by the teen discount zone. Ask many times for a refund and all i just got was the run arounds. Never received a refund and now this company seems to be no longer there anymore.
