IC Services promised me if I paid them $464.00 dollars and have a business plan made which I paid $385.00 and then overnight the envelope that IC Services sent to me that I would get a check for $42,000.00 dollars in just a few weeks. IC Services also told me that they were a legite company and me going through them my grant
would be guaranteed, and they also said that if by some small chance that if I did not get my grant they would refund the $464.00
