Paid $150 for a 3 x 7.5 ad, never received confirmation ad placed or a copy of the ad

This company did not honor their word. I paid for an ad and can not tell if it ever existed. Ad was to appear in their directory in Prince George's County, MD. They put on the receipt Prince George's County, VA which does not exist.
