The company (UPS) mishandled my package and sent it to the wrong department at the company I was shipping too. I tried to get resolution from UPS in Buffalo Grove, IL but was rudely yelled at by a clerk named Tiffany. She said she was busy with other customers and wanted us to wait for her call. 15 minutes pass so we decide to give her a call. We weren't mad she hadn't called, we just wanted resolution as the company I was sending it to didn't receive the package. She starts yelling at us for calling her, then she puts us on hold and yell at another customer in the back ground. Then she tells us since someone signed for the package they were not responsible for the package (I had it insured for $300.) STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE! Tiffany is rude and arrogant! I'm not saying stay away from UPS, but don't do business with this brance. Maybe try FedEx. You will get nothing but agitation and unprofessionalism if you deal with this store!
