My fiance in Hawaii contacted and hired Mr. Potenzone representing JNJ Remodeling, Inc.in Honolulu, Hawaii to conduct the renovation of her condominium. During the beginning process, he was considerate, willing to work with her and represented his company as one that guarantees satisfaction, high quality of standards, workmanship and customer satisfaction along with openness of communication.
She believed what he said and hired him to do the job. He guaranteed his work, to her, for one year. The job turned out to be totally substandard and he refuses to answer any emails, certified letters, telephone calls or other means we've used to contact him to correct the deficiencies he made. She had asked him if it was okay that she and her fiance (me) would check out the work when I arrived the week after he completed his work and she paid him for the job and he agreed to that.
