If this guy, his name is John French, aka J and E Remodeling/JR's Custom remodeling/A and E Reconstruction/Southern Ohio Remodeling bids on any work for you... Run. Run. Run... This guy scammed me out of $11,000.00. He took my money and didn't even get the permits to start the job. I contracted him on my 4-plex in cincinnati, oh. And he had nothing but excuses why he couldn't start. He will change his phone# after getting your money and do everything possible to hide from you.
Carma will eventually get him back. Don't let him get you. If this guy bids on any work for you, please send me any info (to my email address as I plan to procecute), preferably licence plate, driver license, contractors license (I am sure he doesn't have one).
