I contacted Macey & Aleman approximately two weeks ago for legal help and was told I had to personally come in for an interview. I informed them I was incapacitated and would have to send my personal data to them by mail. One of the many many employees informed me it was acceptable to send my personal data i. E —social security number, monthly income statements, credit report, a copy of my driver's license... Etc... Which i sent to the Cincinnati, OH office at Executive Park Drive 45241.
I called at least five times and was told they could not process my papers because I could not make a personal appearance. I requested they send my personal information back to me. Well, two weeks later I am still waiting for my information.
Each time I have called them, I got a different explanation as to why I had not received my paper work back in the mail.
A trustworthy organization? I am having anxiety attacks because of this charade.
