I went to Intellichoice Mortgage services to help me with a loan modification. They said that they could help me. They also promised me that if by some chance they couldn't help that they would refund me my $3000 down payment. It was guarnteed and I have it in writing. Well, they were unable to help me and now they told me that they dont have the money to pay me back that it would be a while. It's going on 4 months. No one returns my calls and when I do get through they take messages because the people that im looking for are busy with another client. So I decided to drive down to there place of business and they moved their office the day before I got there and now I dont know what to do. They are crooks. They also have an office in Phoneix Arizona and now they dont answer their phones either. Not to mention this is there corporate office. Some company. Scam artists is what they are. They pray on people that are just looking for help.
