OK, I thought company monopolies were outlawed or something. So why is it that Time Warner Cable is the only cable company in Cleveland. On Demand is a joke! When I watch MTV and they say "order this program on demand tomorrow" I look at the menu and there is only one episode that is two months old available.
How about Mad Men? #1 show that used to be available On Demand. All of a sudden the Channel AMC is not longer available, let alone the show! It used to be there, what happened?
Movies on HBO, scrambled, disrupted, it's like constantly looking at a crossword puzzle.
I have had Wxx, Axxxx and Cxx cable and never had issues.
Oh, I forgot, our Road Runner High Speed Internet, is out at least once a month.
So a technician comes out on Saturday, reeks, and I mean reeks of alcohol, says he can't do anything that "other" technicians need to come out. When I ask if he has an extra remote on his truck to swap out with mine (yeah, that doesn't work right either) he says he doesn't have a remote on his truck (WHAT?) and that he'll go get one from another truck and drop it back off to me... I am still waiting.
Needless to say, I have another call in for this Saturday and they promised they would send the next level technician out who would be more professional and knowledgable. Did you actually just admit you wasted my time???
This has been an ongoing issue for over 2 years! I want another cable company so at least I can choose to get crappy service. Come on goverment agencies, how are they able to get away with this. City of Cleveland, Ohio??? What gives? They have a complete MONOPOLY on Cable Service for the City of Cleveland. Comeon, that is not right. Who is gettting paid off to keep the other cable companies out?
