I have at&t service for many years and i have always had poor service from them, but the trouble really started when i ordered their u-verse service, i recieved one bill from them which i paid then i never received another bill they cut my service off which was okay because i was not happy with their service, i also discontinued my phone service with them all of this took place in aug. 09, i received a letter from them nov. 2 dated oct. 28, the lrtter stated that with the next monyhs bill in nov they have taken action on my phone service they went to equifax and reported this and told me my phone service was being minimzed, i called them to ask why i was still receiving letters in regards to my phone service when i havenot had service with since aug., i spoke with no less than 7 supp. Customer service reps. One told me it was a typo, one told me to just disregard the letter, nobody knew where the letter was coming from, i told them they had no right going to a credit reporting agency when i dont even have service with them any more, nobody could give me a straight i really detest at&tt at the very beginning they sent me a totally defective cell phone that i had to pay for and it never worked properly, also the told me they sent me a fifty dollar gift card which was another lie, they never sent it to me and trying to get another one good luck, i never did receive anothr gift card overall they are ripoffs, scamers, liars, cheaters and above all poor svc.
