Hello, I ordered a german cuckoo clock on 3/4/03 used my charge card for $17.90 which they took immediately. I waited until 5/5/03 to contact the company spoke to a girl named Ramia.
She told me they would send my refund out in 4 wks. I waited then e-mailed the company on 6/11/03 got an answer from Pauline/customer service 6/17/03 again refund promised.
She told me within 10 to 15 days. It is now 7/2/03 still no refund. I really think they have no intention of refunding me my money.
They are hoping I forget about it. I also had to pay for a toll call on 5/5/03 and had to wait on hold. It is the principle of the whole issue. It isn't fair I work hard for my money.
Is there anything you can do i am sure many people have been ripped off by this company how do they stay in business?
