I have not been able to receive incoming text messages for the past month and a half. This is the hell Ive gone through with
Sprint the past couple of weeks.
October 4th: I filled out a webform at sprint.com. It would not let me submit my question. It kept saying my account PIN was wrong, even
though it is my correct PIN #. So, I
e-mailed ecare2@cc. Sprintpcs.com.
October 9 th: Since Sprint didnt respond to my October 4 th
e-mail, I e-mailed dan. [email protected].
October 15 th: Since I still hadnt heard anything from
Sprint, I e-mailed dan. [email protected]
again asking for a response.
October 19 th: Monique Richardson, an Executive Services
Associate Analyst, e-mailed me to say my PIN # was correct and told me to call
a technician.
October 26 th: I e-mailed Monique Richardson asking if the
texting issue was fixed on my account yet.
She didnt respond.
October 27 th: I called Sprint and spoke with a
technician. I talked to him for about an
hour and a half. He ended up telling me
he would call me back on October 2th at 6:00PM.
October 29 th: The technician did not call me back. I waited from 6-8PM. Since Monique Richardson never responded to
my Oct. 26 th e-mail, I e-mailed dan. [email protected]
again. Monique Richardson immediately e-mailed
me to say she would follow up the next day to make sure the texting issue was
resolved. I e-mailed Monique Richardson
again to tell her the tech guy didnt call me back and gave her information to
relay to him. She didnt respond.
October 30 th: Monique Richardson did not follow up as
promised. She still hasnt returned my
e-mail either. I called Sprint technical
support again.in the phone menu, I
pressed the button to be transferred to tech support. After going through the prompts, instead of
taking me to an agent, it took me right back to the main menu! I called back again. After going through the menu again, I got a
busy signal when I was starting to be transferred to someone. Then, I called back again and got an
agent. She couldnt assist me, and told
me to take the phone to a Sprint Store.
October 31 st: I took my phone to the Sprint Store on
Saginaw Hwy.in Lansing. They told me
they were not a repair center. I then
called another Sprint Store. They told
me to call another Sprint Store at 517-324-7800. When I called the #, it said it had been
disconnected. I called Sprint customer
service. After going through the menu,
it took me right back to the main menu.
This time I hit keys until I got someone. The Sprint rep told me the nearest repair
center is all the way in Okemos!
