I purchased un itemfrom this store and when I purchased I clearly ask the cashier if this item canbe returned as may not feet into my place, and she clearly answered that this isa new item and can me returned in seven days. When I came to returnthen suddenly is if its nothing wrong to the item can be returned. When I askfor the manager to come and speak with me a few of the managers came in linerepresenting them self, as managers and making me explaining to each one ofthem my case. When they realized that Im not willing to accept what they aretrying to sell they finally call the manager after 15 minutes of intenseconversation. Then the The Manager came and he even continue with the storythat they are supervisors and when I said why they lied to me then he said theyare all managers as well. What rudeness and no respect for the costumer. After a few minutes ofconversation with this manager, I just realized that he will do the same storyall over again and continue dribbling on the store policy or what so ever Isaid keep the item its $30 only I took the receipt and I left the store. I had my moment withthis store and will never shop again, probably I spent over $2000 in that storein the past couple of years but looks like those days are over. So will repeat myopinion about this store on every available website, Thank you consumer complaintsfor giving me this opportunity to express my opinion about XS Cargo store inLondon ON.
