Interval Realty Services
No offers since I signed my contract in June

I signed my contract in June. It took John Jackson and the owner, Adam Wroblewski, over an hour to finally break me down and get me to agree to give them a try. I also got the guarantee that they would have it sold in 180 days. For those of you who got stuck paying $400-$500, they started out with a fee of $399, but came down to $199 to get me to sign.in their letter of thanks it states "Interval Realty understands that it is our responsibility to perform as a company, before you pay a full marketing and advertising fee. This is the only way business should be done..." If Wroblewski says it isn't so, I have all the paperwork to prove it.

Since signing the contract in 2006 I have received ZERO offers on my Wyndham timeshare points, which they assured me were in the highest demand and would no doubt be sold in a few days.

I have made several attempts to find my listing on the Interval Realty Services website, but the only way I can find it is by entering my listing number, which no one else has except for Interval Realty. It appears to be impossible to find except with the listing number.

From Nov. 8 to Jan. 9 I made at least 11 calls to the office to speak to either John Jacobs or Adam Wroblewski (I have the time, date and results written down). I also sent an email on 1/9/08. I have only one recording on my answering machine from a return call from Wroblewski. My attempts to return his call were all taken by the receptionist and never returned by him.

I filed a complaint with the Orlando Area Better Business Bureau in Feb.. He responded by telling them he had tried "a number of times" to call me. As I said, I have record of one message and have never spoken directly with him. That is where it ended. Nothing was ever resolved and Wroblewski has made no attempt to contact me to get it resolved since then. I have made 2 calls to his office since that time, but he never returned my calls.

I also contacted the Florida Attorney General's office. I kept getting redirected until I finally gave up.

I contacted a respected law firm in Des Moines, Iowa about starting a class action suit. After researching it they advised against starting one in Iowa because of too many restrictions. If anyone else wants to pursue a class action suit, feel free to contact me if complaint will give you my contact info.

Mr. Wroblewski, it has been just a few days shy of 3 years and you have presented me with no offers. I listed my points at the bottom of the price range you suggested. It is quite obvious that your company is not going to perform as promised, so I would like a refund of my $199. And as a reminder I listed my points with you before the housing market slump, so please don't use that as an excuse, as one of your receptionists did.
