Sears Gold Mastercard Citibank USA
APR rose from 12.83 to 25.33 with no late payments

Sears mastercard/citibank has raised my APR from 12.83 to 25.33 on the last 6 months. I was not notified of the raise in march from 12.83 to 17.99
I'm not sure of the other rate changes, the current one from 21.24 to 25.33 will take effect next month. I will opt out now.
I would have opted out back at 12.83 I would never have kept this card at this rate.
Please help me get my rate lowered, I am an honest person just trying to pay off what I owe.
