We contacted Tax Care Professionals to help us with some outstanding tax problems we have. We were charged $4000.00 to handle our case. We were never informed on any information regarding our case. Customer service always gave us and excuse or run around. Now its time to pay the piper and Tax Care Professionals are no where to be found or heard from. I want a refund in full plus interest and I'm contacting the U.S. Attorney General of CA.
This matter will be taken care of as soon as possible. I'd advise anyone do not us Tax Care Professionals they are a ripoff. (Mr. Steve Marsh & Co.)
