Stole my money by not providing paid for services

I paid for a service at $1.65 per month from Talk America to provide me with a non-published private telephone directory listing. Five months later, we just got our new phone books for the coming year July - July only to find that there is still a listing showing name, address and telephone number, how private is that?

Called for a refund and removal of that charge for the coming year. They stopped the charge, but faled to refund money for a service not provided.
