I have worked as a coder for the coding source and was not paid all the monies promised to me per my acceptance letter. I would often call the human resource department and spoke to erinn whiteside the most incompetent HR person I have ever had to deal with and would be told on the phone she would follow up with me regarding certain issues and she never did. Needless to say I never got anything resolved dealing with her and I never got paid. I am not the only one that erinn has not gotten back to, there are other coders I worked with at kaiser that can never get a call back from her. She is the most incompetent person I have ever had to deal with, there is no other way to describe her.
I would never recommend this company to anyone its not worth all the effort and ignored phone calls you will have to deal with. There is a very good recruiter that worked there and he is the only reason I signed up, but as for everyone else there most of them don't have any common sense.
