On 10/14/09 I visited utilize my telephone to contact my fatheris physician and there is no dial-tone. I named Cavalier and also the woman explained there is an issue outside within the container, somebody could be hereby 4 pm to repair it. At 5:30 no body have been below and so I called back and was informed our telephone have been disconnected by mistake and could be switched back on within 3-5 business days. I'd settled the bill 14 days before, and so I understand it had beennot since I did not spend. I told them I've an urgent situation below, my father only got home in the hosp with congestive heart failure and kidney failure and we required this phone-in event he needed aid. They explained again it'd be 3-5 business days, they did not care that people have a crisis situation below. I actually tried others plus they also stated 3-5 times. If my father is here now alone he's no method to demand aid.
