A company called QT/Billing keeps calling and sending bills for a collect call that was made to my house.
This call came to my house by an automated service and when all automation was done, the call was dropped. No one was on the line.
I waited by the phone to see if someone was trying to reach me. No one ever called back.
I then received a bill for $20 for a call I never received. The company now harasses my phone with automated calls for this bill. They don't give you an option to talk to a real person and no way to voice your complaint.
I do not feel I owe this bill for I never receive a call from anyone collect.
