Refusal to return

I bought a Mill/sander from Expert on Tue. I tried it for around 15 minute. And discovered that it wasn't what I needed. The following day, with bill at hand, I visited the shop to come back them. I had been informed by "Mark" the store-manager, that I really couldnot return the Mill since,

" What am I guess related to it? You applied it, I can not purchase it as new... Itis like should you purchased a, and attempted to come back it. I can not return that product." I told the supervisor that I applied it for approximately. 15 minute. I decided that it wasn't what I needed. He repeated, hollering in the elevated Supervisoris perch over the shop." What am I guess related to it?"

I told him, " I suppose you certainly can do the same that I'll do withit... Nothing. I can not utilize it!"

I mentioned, easily had purchased it at Walmart, I really could return it, no-questions asked.

He repeated, "What am I guess related to it?"

He might have held my 59.00, but I guarantee you he dropped all my potential company.
