To address these "accuations": As per the email sent to me by Doug Bradshaw, he admitted I disclosed the cease and desist order to the rep. If he listened to that conversation, he would also have heard me tell him the client did not recieve anything from me indicating his debt was paid in full. Carson Rose & Associates "CLAIMS" to have this, but when I asked very nicely for it, they put me on hold, transferred me to a supervisor named Dan (conversation was recorded by us and will be on the site soon). He began becoming rude, talking over me and yes, I did get upset. NEVER did I use vulgar language or be irrational. I actually told him I was hanging up because he was not being reasonable. This rep told me (also in a recorded call) when I first contacted him and after he listened to the entire issues I had with these particular clients, that they were going to pursue collection. I did ask him about suing, but he insisted this was the first step.
