Ok so i used to advertise for cenrtal properties while unemplyed was looking anywhere for work... I had performed lawn maintenane and light landscaping for 3 properties, only to find that there was a existing contract on the properties. Thing was they couldn't afford to pay those guys so they said they would pay me a fraction of what they were paying... My services totalled at 290 for 1 week of services and 150 3 days mowing ugly properties and getting them back to code. Well i have yet to be paid, all agents are incompentent property managers come and go. The company has no experience left, and losing money fast! From what i here the owners of CPTS are in the hole owing ameren ue, laclede gas, and the water company... Many properties have yet to be services, tenants neglected, and employees un appreciated and unpaid.
