If you are an honest person than a Sho Pro sales job is not for you. You have to lie and pressure people into buying gutter protection, that in most instances they don't need.
The training is a joke, for the most you train yourself by practicing your pitch with other trainees. I was not even trained on the aspects of the financial paperwork before I did my first sales leads. You have to practically begged to be trained.
They are constantly hiring, because most salesmen can't live with themselves after having to spend three hours in a customers home filling them full of lies and trying to force them to by the product that day. There was not a salesman on the force who had been there over 9 months.
Another thing is that you have to use your vehicle and your gas to drive all over Indiana to peddle their products. You will use over half of your so called salary (it is actually a draw on your commission) to maintain your vehicle and buy gas.
In conclusion if you want to be able to sleep at night do not become a salesman at Sho Pro.
