This company will tell you everything to buy there product. And once you do it is as your warranty does not even exist to them. I have both the hard metal panel, and the thick mesh of a form of gutter cover. Both do not work, and when I call them to honor my warranty I have been told that I will be scheduled for a service. Finally after about 3 months of this banter, I had a service man come to my home to fix these clogs, that these gutter covers are on my house to prevent.
The gentlemen looked over my gutters and came to a conclusion that my gutters were out of pitch and said that the service was not warrantable.
He than began to give me a sales talk on how I needed new gutters to correct this problem. I informed this young man that I was not interested in the slightest for any more work done by sho-pro and he left. I soon after had a friend from church come and look at my gutters whom was a contractor.
He put a level and even cleared the clogs that the sevice man did not clear. Than proceeded to run water through my gutters and came to the conclusion that my gutters pitch was proper.
Bottom line is this company does not believe in value, honesty, or respect. I warn you now, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SHO-PRO
