O'scrap
Bad advertising stealing customers blocking entrances

O'scrap has been parking vehicles towing trailers with advertisements tied around them in front of established businesses all across Utah Valley. From outside wal-mart, target, many other big outlet stores and the place at which i work.
We have many people coming in saying its hard to get into our parking lot because this car is parked so close to the north entrance they either need to fit into that small space or swerve around this trailer to get into our main entrance. It is also less then 100ft from a right turning lane making people "wait" behind it, blare their horn and realize its just parked, then have to swerve into traffic to get into the lane.

These people parking their advertisements for O'scrap are leaching off of well established businesses not only inconvienencing the local drivers but also making parking for our customers hard and for some of our clients who need to park in front of the store, due to dissabilites or other factors, a painfull and impossible option.
Cops have been called on the O'scarp cars and they have been marked, but in the state of Utah O'scrap is not not breaking any laws. The car can be there for 72 hours before it can be towed. That means the O'scrap advertisement is in front of our store all weekend causing problems for our customers, us and the local traffic. I'm sure there are better places for these people to park, but right in front of an unacquainted business less then 100ft from a very busy intersection, just isn't the place.
