Foreign Employment United Express, FEUE, Did not send resumes to companies as specified in their contract, Item 10, and Item, 11, paragraph A., and did not refund $350 as stipulated

After charging $350, company was contractually obligated to rewrite my resume, and distribute 4 copies to 4 potential employers. They finished the resume but have not contacted me since. They are not responding to any phone or email requests to contact me or refund my money as stipulated in their contract, Item 11, Paragraph A.

They were nice only to the moment after I paid the $350. They are defrauding people looking for work. For that they should be stopped, and potential customers should be warned.
