These people were real nice until they got my money. Bill Cook called me personally once or twice. After checking on the BBB website (in july 08, they had a BBB rating of "A") I sent in $450. I soon found that they would not return messages, nor contact you in any way regarding your job search. I have no proof that they ever sent my resume to anyone. It took me a month just to get a receipt. Over a year later, I have yet to be contacted by any potential employers. As of today, their phone has been disconnected and their BBB rating has fallen to "B-" (wish I would have found consumer complaints sooner) Would like to hear from someone who actually got a job through them.
