Payment One Inc
Celebrity Trackers, LLC A charge of $19.95 is on my home phone bill for a Celebrity Trackers, LLC. I did not authorize this and do not know how it got there. This is been going on since 02/09

Since 02/09, I have had a $19.95 charge from Payment One, Inc on behalf of Celebrity Trackers, LLC that is unauthorized. I am having a hard time getting my money back, because AT&T says that I have to go through Payment One to get the credit back to my account.

Well, Payment One says they do not have me in their system as having an account. So, what am I suppose to do?

This is not fair to hard working families, like mine. Money is tight everywhere, and I should not have to pay for an unauthorized charge.

Someone help, and please beware!
