Secured Marketing contracted with my company for telemarketing services to start within 5 days of receipt of payment. $899. They cashed the check immediately and then started to duck my calls. When I did reach someone I was told that they were having problems generating the list for the telemarketers. After 3 weeks I finally had the manager saying the campaign had started but she couldn't provide any reports of number of calls made, number of calls answered, etc. After 3 more weeks without any results whatsoever and constant voice mails when contacting them I called from another unknown line and got through immediately. Same story. Calls had started but no results. This is from a supposedly professional telemarketing expert. What a crock! They took my money and ran. STAY AWAY.
PS: References that they provided were checked but obviously these were coached or employees. Also no recorded complaints with Better Business Bureau in Mass. Scam.
