On December 28, I paid a company named Alternative Telemarketing $750 to do 30 days of telemarketing to biz opp seekers. They ('Marie Foster' - Agent) promised to get my marketing campaign started the first week of January, by calling all of a 5000 name targeted list.
Here is the direct quote from the Agreement I signed, Alternative will call entire list of 5000 for 30 days FREE They never called a single biz opp seeker to my knowledge, and my marketing target of a January 31 completion is past.
Numerous times they told me they would start tomorrow, or Monday, or sometimes they just did not return my phone calls. I have spoken with them several times, also by email, with no results other than unfulfilled promises or excuses. Christina' (owner) now almost sounds like she's taking the position of a list seller instead of a telemarketing company. Even the list they emailed me (which I didn't want or ask for) was confined to a narrow area of the west coast of Florida, in spite of the fact that the target area I requested in writing was national.
The only telemarketing I have seen them do in the past nine (9) weeks is when 'Marie Foster' cold-called me to sell their program. Unfortunately, I took the bait.
This is about the biggest ripoff I've ever experienced.
On February 5 I told Christina that, in my opinion, the company is incompetent (at best), that I did not want to deal with them any longer, and I want a full refund of my monies. All I get from her is, We don't give refunds.
