Comcast, Contractor, Team Winmark Illegal Practices in Door to Door Sales - TeamWinmark is a Contractor Fraud, Counterfeit Job, Deceptive Scam, Dishonest Employer, and Conniving Company. (Brad Reynolds, Jeff Ivy, Jeremy Williams)

What does not work is a company that runs like this company does.
First, this company sucks in some new employees, usually ones who are desperate to find any job out there. The guy who talks to you (most likely Jeff Ivy) pretends to be your friend, kindly training you for four days, using your car and gas to show you how to knock on doors. Then he slaps you with a big orange vest, a black comcast hat, and says "have at it buddy, good luck."
It's your first day on your own, you walk around all nervous, hoping that you can meet the daily sales requirement made by Brad Reynolds - the boss.
However, a week into it, you realize that you haven't been paid your $200 training pay you were promised. Then you wonder where your badge is. So you ask Jeff Ivy, "Hey what happened to that training pay?" Jeff Ivy just smiles and says, "There was a glitch in the system, I'm sorry they haven't sent your money to you yet, I'll let Brad know right away." You trust him, after all he did hire you, and continue to sell comcast products.
About a month into the job, you're getting pretty good at making sales. Confidence and hope push you forward even though you're getting really low on money. It's tough to drive an hour and a half to Renton every day and then drive all over the countryside to sell Comcast. Expecially if you're running out of money. But Jeff keeps you going by telling you what a winner you are and how sorry he is about the "error that Rachel in the office made about your pay card".
Hooray! Two months in and you finally recieve you badge. May I mention this? It is illegal to sell any product door to door without being liscenced to do so. Then you recieve your pay card... What a relief... That is until you try to take the money out of an ATM and realize your card has no money on it.
Angry and frustrated, you return home and pull out your pink contracts. It's time to spend three or four hours counting out how much money you should have been paid when you recieved your pay card. The compensation plan, that was never written out to you, just told to you, is in your head while you calculate. And then you find out how much money you are missing - over $4000 in two months!
You angrily call Brad, not Jeff, with the figures. And then he starts to tell you about "all the complaints" that have been made about you. He tells you that the system is backed up and they haven't calculated how much money to give you yet and you better fix those complaints or you are fired.
What do you do? Stick around and wait? Let him fire you? Now you're stuck playing Brad's game.
What did I do? I QUIT. Then I saved all of my contracts and the compensation plan that Jeff Ivy so kindly typed and signed for me. And I saved the confirmation numbers of all my sales that went through. An attourney and Small Claims Court is next.
I know of many employees, some that I even suggested for hire, that have been ruined by TeamWinmark. No don't mistake any contracting company for TeamWinmark. TeamWinmark is Located between Seattle and Arlington, Washington. Daniel's team is farthur north in the Marysville/Arlington area. Jeremy's is in Seattle/Renton area. Jeff Ivy has worked in Federal Way, Renton, Redmond, Snohomish, Everett, Seattle, and Marysville.
