National Fidelity Group - Auto Repair InsuranceSales Agents Have you been cheated of your pay? Here's what to do

Did you work for Team Winmark and not get paid? Of course you did, that's why you are reading this report. First off, the contract they have you sign is uninforcible. It's called a contract of adhesion, it is written by them and only for their benefit and the courts will throw it out. Now, here's what you need to do.

FIRST: contact the Attorney General's office in your state. File a complaint, it's simple and only takes a couple of minutes. These guys are flying under the radar and the only way the states will get involved is if enough people complain. Once enough people complain there will be an investigation. We're talking about hundreds of thousands of dollars hardworking people are begin defrauded out of. People will go to jail.

SECOND: Write a letter to Comcast. Tell them you worked for Winmark and were not paid. Tell everybody you worked with to do this if they were shorted anything.

THIRD: File a small claims action against Winmark in the county where you worked for them for ALL of the pay they cheated you out of. Be sure to take your pink copies of your deals with you along with your pay stubs. Winmark is sloppy at record keeping. They're so busy cheating people that they remove things from their own computer system. Have the court papers served to your old salesmanager. He is required to forward them. Hint: Before you go to court, go back and call all of your old customers you were not paid for (their numbers are on the pinks) and verify that they had or still have service. (You can even subpeona records from Comcast) When you go to court simply take a couple of signed statements from some of your old customers that they still have service and then ask the Winmark rep in front of the judge why you weren't paid for them. Finally, to collect your money you will have to go to Comcast. Once you win in court, you file a simple garnishment against Winmark with Comcast and Comcast will force them to pay you. Go luck!
