On Friday September 18 I called Frontier Tractor and asked for a price to rebuild 2 Case cylinders. I gave the man the information on what type cylinders they were, he then quoted a price of $120. Each.
Agreeable with this price I then delivered my cylinders to the tractor shop and was advised they would be ready the following day (Saturday).
I received no phone call on Saturday so I called the shop to find out if my cylinders were ready. The person I spoke with couldn't find them and told me someone would call me back about them.
Monday rolls around and still no phone call. Once again, I call to find out the status of my cylinders. The person I talked to said that they didn't have a rebuild kit for one of them and was trying to locate one. He said that he would call me and let me know something.
Well Tuesday comes and I once again initiate a phone call due to not hearing from the tractor repair shop. I was then told that the cylinder had to be sent off and would be back the next day.
Never once was a different price discussed. When I went to pick up my cylinders the following day (Wednesday) after I had to call to ensure they were ready. The price went up to $400. This company never once tried to call me for any reason.
