Hi my title is Ivan Ortiz my criticism is that this March 3rd 2012 I had been not house within the morning i obtained a red slide in my own mail-box declaring a shipping was tried I had been not house at that time of shipping i named about the 3rd the 1800 quantity to have a second tried shipping and he or she mentioned my package is likely to be shipped about the 4th she asked me what type of package i informed her my CPAP components to my device period has passed I'venot obtained something and that I called back on October 10th the 1800 number about the red slide plus they explained to contact my local postoffice to see if bundle continues to be their i named the neighborhood postoffice and that I requested and offered my info they stated they mightnot discover the bundle in the beginning and so I requested consult with the boss skip Gonzalez she got my info and explained that she'll contact me easily don't notice from her phone her back after 6:30 pm but used to do not contact her in those days I named her the following day she explained she did find my bundle she mentioned it'll be shipped exactly the same time. The entire day has passed but didn't obtain my bundle for my CPAP device I named her towards the night hours of March 10th she explained she's two motorists on the submitted of course if I don't obtain my bundle call-back at 9pm she promises she operates until 10pm not suitable to provide something during the night from the postal company nothing has arrived I named once more about the 11th she declined to consult with me-she promises she'd a crisis contact her in 5 minutes and so I called back the 800-number and described the problem she had been unresponsive and never skilled at her work and so I place a criticism against her using the 1800 postoffice I named again today it’s the 13th of July the neighborhood postoffice I requested to consult with Gonzalez she declined to talk to me quit me on-hold for lengthy interval period I'd to call-back required to consult with somebody greater than the boss and also the guy called Blake stated he was the boss he explained he desired to request her that which was happening so he returned about the telephone questioned me for my data witch I previously offered she declined to provide him my data I'd to re provide my label handle she had been unprofessional after I talked to him about her he mentioned it had been within the move and that I am coping with him he didn't wish to hear about her.
